The exhibition is taking place from May 18th to May 20th in Inter Expo & Congress Center (IEC), Sofia. BalPEx is organized twice a year – in spring and fall. The official launch of Balkan Property Exhibition coincides with the accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the European Union and aims to become a regional centre for presentation of the property sector development on the Balkans.
